Oilers Bow out of OMHA Playdowns vs Lambeth
The Atom Rep Oilers OMHA Playoffs came to a screeching halt Tuesday night as they fell 2-1 in another tight battle vs the Lambeth Lancers. A goal by Andrew Jaques assisted by William Hull and Jace McGrail on the powerplay was the only goal that the Oilers could muster. The game was well played and the goalies for both teams were outstanding. Kento Gudz was unbelievable again. Both teams took six penalties and both teams scored one powerplay goal. Lambeth won all three games by one goal to advance to round two to play Ingersoll. Good effort boys.
