Oilers Post 7 to 2 Victory Over Elyria Ohio Panthers
The Novice Oilers got off to a great start at the Motown Cup today posting a 7 to 2 victory over the Elyria Ohio Panthers. The Oilers played well as a team and dominated from start to finish.
Kento Gudz got the win between the pipes going the distance and making several key saves.
Scoring for the Oilers was William Hull (2), Reid King, Miller Mailloux, Reed Douglas, Maxim Egan, and Noel Sanderson. Earning Assists were; Jace McGrail (2), Phoenix Timmington (3), Douglas, Mailloux, Shane Knight, Brady Busby -McEachen, Logan Crummy, Zach Wilson, and Nathan Perry.
The boys will have to bring a better work ethic tomorrow against a stronger Mooretown team. Skate hard every shift and no coasting boys. The secret to success is hard work and bringing your top effort every game.
