Novices End Regular Season With Big Win
The Novice Oilers ended their Shamrock Regular Season on a winning note defeating the Kings from Dresden 11-1.  The game featured several players getting a chance at playing Defense and Defensemen getting a chance to play Forward.  In all the Oiler had 9 different players score the 11 goals which is what the coaches like to see...everybody contributing.

The Oilers led 4-0 after one period, 6-0 after two and eventually final score of 11-1 after regulation.  In the first period Shane Knight scored two goals with singles going to Jace McGrail and Nathan Perry.  Drawing assists on first period goals were; Logan Crummy(2), Miller Mailloux(2), and Zach Wilson.

In period two, the Oilers got goals from Miller Mailloux and William Hull.  Assists went to Shane Knight.

In period three, the Oilers got Goals from Zach Wilson,, Reed Douglas, Noel Sanderson, Jace McGrail, and Phoenix Timmington.  Assists were awarded to Phoenix Timmington (3), Noel Sanderson, Brady Busby-McEachen, Reed Douglas (2), William Hull and Reid King.

Lots of great passing and unslefish plays made the game exciting to watch.  Kento Gudz was not busy in the Oiler Net but had his good buddy "Goal Post" help him out once today.

Miller Mailloux of the Rookie Connection Line was dangerous all day and earned the Team Helmet.
Brady Busby-McEachen might have had 4 goals but couldn't get his shots heading in the right location today.
MAxim Egan had his first shift as a forwad and did great as did Reid King and Phoenix Timmington on D.  Way to Go Boys.

Keep Working Oilers.
OMHA Playdowns begin this week.
