Novices Volunteer at 2014 Colour Run for Cancer
On a wet and cold Saturday morning, 23 members of the Novice Rep Oilers Family volunteered to be colour throwers for the Cancer Society's Colour Run. Team Egan and Team King Manned the 1st and 2nd Colour Stations dousing over 200 runners with blue and purple colour powder respectively. The Goal of the run was to raise $25,000 to help the fight against cancer. The Team members and families brough energy, enthusiasm and excitement to their stations and despite getting wet and colourful..everyone had a great time. Way to go Oilers.
