The boys gave it a good shot.

 Tentative hockey at first. Both teams didn't want to really try the other team. Ryan MacAlpine sent a perfect pass to Jakob and Jakob one timed it. But Lucan's goalie was up to the task. Our boys skated well for the whole game but the puck just seemed to be out of reach or hung up in somebody's skates. Lucan scored on a power play when one of their forwards was left open in a man advantage situation a nice pass from behind our net and the puck was in our net. Notables were Ryan Bell, Jaret Scarrow and Jakob Friesen had an open net later in the game but didn't capitalize. Nick Friesen also had some nice tipped shots. This one just got away from us. We do have Dorchester for two more OMHA's and a regular season makeup with Forest.
