Team Picture Day, Team Calendar, U15 - 4C, U15 (Petrolia Minor Hockey)

WHAT TO WEAR ON PHOTO DAY
All equipment (including game jersey, game socks, gloves and a stick) except NO helmet, NO mouthguard,
NO neck guards and NO skates needed. Coaches look best with similar color jackets or shirts if possible.

ALL PLAYERS AND COACHING STAFF GET THEIR PHOTOS TAKEN
Each player will have 4 poses taken if ordering any products or 2 poses taken if not ordering (but will be
going into team photo). All coaches will have 2 poses taken each.

ONLY 2 PHOTO DAYS SCHEDULED
Parents are asked to stick to their teams’ designated time as much as possible. This will help ensure every
team stays organized. If there is an absolute need to come on the other day to get your players photos
done, please contact Rick prior to the first photo day to make arrangements.
