Attention PMHA Families,
Thank you for your patience as we prepare for the 2018 season concussion testing. As of July 27th 2018, Archway Health & Sports Services will be discontinuing their contractual agreement with Complete Concussion Management. This has caused a delay in rolling out the PMHA Concussion program for the upcoming season.
In regards to Baseline Testing PMHA’s athletes, Archway will continue to offer this service. The cost will remain the same $45 for players ages 10-12 (no computer testing required) and $55 for players ages 13-17 (computer testing is required). Please note that concussion training is still required to be completed before tryouts.
In the past, parents and players pre-registered on the CCM Database and received Bag-Tag’s/Concussion ID Cards. This will no longer be necessary.
Moving forward, each player will sign up for their time through Sign Up Genius and attend the appropriate time slot. The cost for a private appointment is $60.
Each player will be provided with a paper copy of their baseline as proof that their testing was completed. We will have a copy at the clinic as well. Players must bring the paper copy to tryouts prior to taking the ice.
