Midget Girls B, U18, 2013-2014 (Petrolia Minor Hockey)

 Midget B Girls were in Sarnia over the weekend competing at the annual Silverstick Finals.  see rest of article for more full game details........

After strong play on the weekend, winning their second tournament of the season, the Midget B Girls  have been named CHOK "Team of the Week".  Head Coach, Brandi Warner will be interviewed on the team and its accomplishments this season. Midget B Girls traveled to Kitchener for the 20th Annual Fallfest Tournament.

  The Petrolia Midget B Girls will be featured in the Sarnia Sports Xpress Magazine , being named  Team of the Month for October 2013.  The distinction comes to the team following a Gold Medal Win in the Toronto Aeros Midget Classic tournament, Oct 4 – Oct 6/ 2013, going undefeated through six games.  They are also 3-0 in league play. The girls had a strong season-opening tournament with a gold medal win over the weekend of Oct 4 -6/13 at the Toronto Aeros tournament.  They defeated Ottawa in the final, winning 4-2.  Every team member had a strong showing, with all players registering points on the game sheet.  Congratulations girls.  Please refer to team tournaments for game results.
