Schedule & Results, Midget Minor, U18, 2013-2014 (Petrolia Minor Hockey)

In the 3rd game of the Minor Midget tournament Petrolia was matched up against Garden City (St. Catherine's) Warriors.  The Warriors represent 'AA' centre.

Petrolia came out to play some excellent hockey in the mid-afternoon tilt.  The Oilers outplayed and out-chanced the Warrior but could not find the back of the net.  Garden City played a solid game but never applied a prolonged attack.  They did however find a way to get a goal and hold onto the lead.

The players were very upset after the game with the loss as everyone knew that a very good effort was put forth and a not deserving result transpired.

With the number of scoring chances created, this game although a loss is scene as another step forward in a season that shows great promise.
