It seems the Atom AE Oilers don't want their hockey season to end as the Dorchester Dragons once again tied their series at 5 points each.  The Oilers travelled to Dorchester on Thursday night for game 5 of the series.  The Dragons held on to a 1-0 lead going into the 2nd period, but the Oilers came back with 3 goals in the 2nd to head into the 3rd period with a 3-1 lead.  Goals were scored by Logan Harding and Justin Oliver (2) with assists to Baylee Morrison, Peyton Wright, Brady Melton and Jordan Morley. The Atom AE Oilers travelled back to Dorchester on Sunday for the 3rd game of their league finals.  Despite being ahead until the last minute of play and despite a hat trick from Justin Oliver, the Oilers couldn't hang on to their lead and the game ended in a 3-3 tie after one period of OT.  Assists went to Baylee Morrison, Colin Whiting and Hunter Carron. The Atom AE Oilers had a hard time stopping the Dorchester Dragons in their 2nd game of the league finals and suffered a 4-2 loss. Scoring for the Oilers were Logan Harding and Justin Oliver and assists went to Oliver and Kolby Wilson. Game 3 will be in Dorchester, Sunday @ 3:30 and Game 4 back in Petrolia Monday @ 7:30.  Lets go get them Oilers!!!

The Atom AE Oilers travelled to Dorchester on Tuesday night to take on the Dragons in their first game of the league finals. ​

A flu bug x2; a head injury and a vacation couldn't hold back the Atom AE Oilers as they travelled to St. Mary's last Wednesday night and came home with a 4-3 win over the Rock to advance them to the league finals.  Goals were scored by Justin Oliver (2) and Logan Harding (2) and assists went to Oliver, Harding and Brady Melton.  Ryan Oliver covered goaltending duties for the Oilers.
