    Shane also lives in Petrolia in a beautiful historic home where he attends St. Phillips Catholic School and is in grade 2 and is the youngest player of the Novice Rep Team.  While at school Shane loves Gym Class and all sports in general with Hockey and Baseball being his favorites.  Shane is both an Edmonton and Detroit fan and maybe the reason he is also a Nail Yakupov and Pavel Datsyuk fan.  He had no reason why he chose #10 but I think it might have something to do the Sarnia Sting and Nail being #10 when he played.
