Petrolia Oilers travelled down the 402 to play the Strathroy Rockets for a Monday late night game...
PLAYER OF THE GAME was DUNCAN CORE for his ability to successfully implement team strategies, offensively and defensively! Duncan started plays in our end, executed smart passes and was patient waiting for the opportune times which led to two goals. The first was an offensive rush on a line change and the second was a short handed slapper from the blueline. Although the speed of the game was a bit slower than the coaching staff would like to see, the presence of team play was evident throughout the game. Let`s keep this going boys!
