Game Cancellations
If a game is being cancelled for any reason, please do not contact the arena directly
All cancellations should flow through the League Reps (WOGHL, Shamrock and Tricounty) along with Ryan Joy (Referee Coordinator - to cancel referees), Brenda McAlpine (Ice Scheduler - to inform arena) and Carla Bolton (Gate Coordinator - if needed) This will guarantee that the information is communicated to the arena, referees and the gate.
It is best to communicate cancellations via email marked important with a title of game cancelled with the date.
As per Shamrock League (Boys Rep/AE), game changes and cancellations must be initiated and completed by each centre league rep.
