Midget Classic Girl B Champs
Last weekend the Petrolia Midget B Girls went undefeated to win the inaugaral
Toronto Aeros Girls Hockey Tournament. After getting outplayed the first period
of the final game, and falling behind 1 - 0, the girls rallied as a team and stormed
back to win the game 4 - 1. Over the 6 games played they outscored their opponents
by 25 goals with goalie Whitney Simpson only allowing 3 goals the whole tournament.
Other members of the winning team include Kayla McPhail, Miriam Ferguson,
Courtney Sinclair, Gillian McGregor, Jenna Bolton, Cami Sinclair, Jessica Callaghan,
Kiana Charlton, Tabetha Duquette, Alanna Jacques, Amy McCormick, Emily Murray,
Karissa Newport and Taylor Parnham.
