Proposed Consitution Changes in Library!

The proposed constitution changes are uploaded in the library, as well as the curent one that was passed from last year.  With the resignation of some board members last year, it off set our plan of odd and even year elections and positions.  With much thought and discussion of how our board members are elected ... the plan is available for everyone to read and vote on at the AGM - March 26th at the Lions Hall.
8 positions are available for election.
President - open for election - must have served at least one year on the board
Vice Prsident - open for election
Secretary - Lauri Doig - 1 year remaining in term
Treasurer - Stacey Williams - 1 year remaining in term - see names and positions below


Eleven (11) Association Directors Positions (duties to be determined on a yearly basis): 
5 returning directors + 8 new directors will fill these roles (2 need to fill Pres. and VP)

1. Registrar
2. OMHA Rep
3. OWHA Rep
4. House League Co-ordinator
5. Hockey Parent Co-ordinator
6. Hockey Parent Fundraising Ways and Means (Lotto 500, Team Fundraising)
7. Hockey Parent Volunteer Cheque/Bingos
8. Director At Large – Shamrock Rep
9. Director At Large – WOGHL Rep
10. Director At Large – Equipment
11. Director At Large – Clothing

Returning Executive and Directors (7): Don Harding, Max Boyd, Gregg McEachren, Christa Mitchell, Lisa Friesen + Lauri Doig and Stacy Williams

Directors up for re-election or completion of term (8):
Chris Fryfogle, Nick Salaris, Melissa Harris, Chad Cox, Wendy McLean, Marcia Charlton, Chad Crummy, and Kelly Currie
