Has the process below been followed? If so, we are currently dealing with tremendous volume and are working through the backlog. For reference, once the HTCP e-learning course has been completed, the attached form needs to be completed and submitted to the OMHA so we can update the profile. The HDCO and the Hockey Canada Registry currently do not interface. At the completion of the clinic, participants should have received this direction. The form is also available on the OMHA website.
