Trainers Certificates
Submitted By cboyd on Wednesday, October 5, 2011
I need to communicate this to everyone once again. If a coach or trainer has taken a non OMHA trainers or coach certification course you need to forward a copy of the certificate to the OMHA office care of Kim Withers [email protected] so she can update the profile. Adding it to the member profile will not get his profile updated to approve them on a roster.   This is important as several members have taken HDOC Trainers course and we have no way of knowing until a copy of the certificate is administered to the office.

We do not get notices when documents are uploaded to the file and if they are uploaded we (REM’s) do not have the ability to add this to the member profile only the OMHA office does.   This means that I must reject the profiles when approving rosters if the information is not there.   You will also need to send either the member profiles ID number or date of birth.
