All proposed changes need a 2/3 majority vote in order to pass. Resolutions for change can still be accepted up to March 29th - at the time on the agenda, which will deal with resolution discussions (near the end, while election votes are being counted). Constitutional changes can no longer be submitted (Deadline was 4 weeks prior to the AGM).
