All Members in Good Standing!
Submitted By cboyd on Friday, March 4, 2011
Parents, coaches, trainers etc. of PMHA and PGHA;
Please read the documents pertaining to the constitution, regulations and resolutions in the "library" and become familiar with the content, prior to the AGM (Annual General Meeting), Tuesday, March 29, 2011 7:00 pm at the Petrolia Lions Hall.  Enter a draw for one free registration!

All proposed changes need a 2/3 majority vote in order to pass.  Resolutions for change can still be accepted up to March 29th - at the time on the agenda, which will deal with resolution discussions (near the end, while election votes are being counted).  Constitutional changes can no longer be submitted (Deadline was 4 weeks prior to the AGM).

Thank you to all those parties that did submit constitutional changes to be brought forth.
