Dear PMHA U7 Families, Welcome to the 2025/26 Hockey season! We’re excited to get started and can’t wait for a fun and successful year on the ice. To officially roster your child and ensure they’re eligible to participate, please complete the following four steps as soon as possible: 

 

✅ 1. Log into Your Spordle Account

📍 2. Upload Proof of Residency

 

Accepted documents include:

    •    A driver’s license showing your full name, address, and expiry date, or

    •    A recent utility bill with your name, address, and a current date

 

Note: Your child’s name is not required. If you have trouble uploading (e.g., due to file size), please reach out—I’m happy to help!

 

📄 3. Upload Your Child’s Birth Certificate

 

Please upload a clear photo or scan showing the full document.

 

🎓 4. Complete the Respect in Sport Parent Program

 

This one-hour online course is mandatory for one parent/guardian per player.

    •    Cost: $12

Each family is required to complete 12 volunteer hours during the season. I’ll share opportunities throughout the year.
