October 12th Oilers Vs Dresden Kings RecapThe team came out strong in the first two periods leading 3-0 going into the third period. Oilers first goal was scored by Trent Hyatt, Oilers second goal scored from the blue line came from Travis Mcbean, Oilers third goal came from Dekker Holbrough.
All lines were firing, working together moving the puck, cheering each other on. Third period Dresden found their way back 3-3, the team pushed through the rest of period not giving up. With just 13 seconds left in the 3rd period Liam Beveridge was set up with a perfect out from pass from Trent Hyatt where Liam managed to put it past the Dresden goalie which lead the Oilers to a 4- 3 victory to start off the season.
Cullen Pearson played net for the oilers making big saves to help lead his to to a victory !
The oilers make their way to Ridgetown Friday as they will play South Kent 2 and look to continue their win streak.
