Schedule & Results, Bantam AE, U15, 2011-2012 (Petrolia Minor Hockey)

The Oilers started the Woolwich Tournament facing the Collingwood Blackhawks.  The Oilers came out flying and scored early and often in the 1st 15 minutes that saw likely the best Oilers hockey of the season.  The game took a twist for the bizzar in the second half when officiating became difficult to understand, the Blackhawks had numerous power plays and the momentum shifted.  The Oilers struggled to make good plays and spent a good deal of time in thier own end of the ice.
The Oilers did manage to eek out the win but it was not a pretty final 15 minutes of play.  The coaching staff communicated a complete game effort would be required the following day in the next 2 games of regulation.
