The PMHA Criminal Reference Police Check Clinic will be held on Wednesday, October 12 at the Petrolia OPP Detachment from 5:30-8:30 PM. Any volunteers outside the Lambton OPP jurisdiction are required to obtain the check from their home policing jurisdiction i.e. if you are from Sarnia you must go to Sarnia and have the check completed.
The Criminal Reference Police Check Form will be available and completed on site that night. You must bring two pieces of acceptable ID. Acceptable ID
