Dryland Training Dates in June\July
Dryland will be held on the following dates:
Monday June 6th (6:00-7:30pm)
Monday June 13th (6:00-7:30pm)
Monday June 20th (6:00-7:30pm)
Monday June 27th (6:00-7:30pm)
There will be no Dryland training sessions for the weeks of July 4th, 11th and 18th.
Monday July 25th (6:00-7:30pm)
All sessions will be held at the Bulgin House.
Please bring workout clothes, ball hockey stick and a water bottle.
