Thank-you to all the girls who attended our tryouts for the
Petrolia East Lambton Bantam Girls C Team and to all the volunteers who helped
out along the way.
Tonight’s final tryout was a tough match against a strong Wallaceburg club bolstered by girls from the Peewee C Provincial Silver Medalists. We were able to get a good look at the girls tonight and saw some good things along with some areas that need work.
We have selected 11 skaters and 1 goalie to the 1st team. As mentioned previously we are also naming a reserve list. The 4 four players on the reserve list are guaranteed to play hockey in Petrolia East Lambton for the 2016-17 season.
How will the reserve list will work:

If we find another goalie and secure at least 10 players (including the 4 skaters on the reserve list) this group will make up a second team.

If we cannot find a goalie the 4 players on the reserve list will join the original 11 skaters and goalie to make up the one bantam team.
