- for parents with more than one player registered, your cheques are provided to your oldest players team, if we are not your oldest players team please let Lindsay know where you have submitted those cheques.
Due by October 31st, at the latest.
Mandatory Player Forms - for all players:
please complete and provide to Mandi by October 31st.
Respect in Parent Program - if your family has not already completed this, please do (I think most of our team should have, only maybe if you are new to PMHA this year would it need to be done)
