OILERS TRAVEL TO DRESDEN FOR AFTERNOON MATINEE!!
With the Oilers trying to defend their undefeated season, the Dresden Jr. Kings came out flying. With some strong goaltending from the Oiler's goalie, the Oilers ended the period with a 2-1 lead.
The Oilers found their skating and passing groove and took a 4-2 lead to the third period.
With the Oilers exploding in the third with some fine passing they opened up a 6-2 lead, when no sooner the Jr. Kings battled back with 2 quick goals. The Oilers added one more to win the game 7-4.
Great game boys and great back checking and passing. Next game is a biggie against Mooretown White.
