Although
the situation continues to evolve, COVID-19 continues to impact our lives. We
hope everyone has been able to stay healthy and safe.
Your
PMHA Directors are looking ahead to the upcoming year, 2022-2023.
In an abundance of safety, we plan to hold another virtual AGM, with the support of our Facilitator, Bryan Boyle. He has facilitated our PMHA AGM’s for the last ten years and is quite familiar with our organization. The virtual AGM will be divided into three stages:
Stage 1 – Solicit Members’ Input
An email utilizing “Google Forms” will be sent to every PMHA member family.
This email will solicit nominations for Directors and identify issues to discuss at the AGM by Friday, April 8.
Stage 2 – Circulate Detailed Agenda and Reports
A detailed agenda, 2021 minutes, and financial statements and a Zoom link for the virtual AGM will be circulated by email to every PMHA member family on Monday, April 11.
Stage 3 – Facilitated Virtual AGM Zoom Call (Wednesday evening, April 13 at 7:00 p.m.)
