Registration Payments
Submitted By Karis Sylvester on Friday, November 20, 2020
To all PMHA parents/guardians -

There have been many questions regarding registration payments for this year and we would like to thank everyone for their patience in this area. Many things have changed due to COVID-19 and registration has been one big portion. As such, The PMHA board has decided to split registration costs up into two equal payments.

The reason for the split in registration payments is due to potential closure of a Hockey operations due to another Covid outbreak. We hope this will ease any financial burden of a large single payment. The two payments will be due November 27 and January 15.

In order to facilitate easy payment options, the board has allowed E-transfer payments to occur and this has been set up. The following details will need to be add for E-transfer setup.

· Name: PMHA Treasurer (First and Last Name if needed)

· Email: [email protected]

· Cell: 519-330-4945

· Security Question: What is this for?

· Security Answer: Hockey2021

· Memo / Message; Please place the name(s) of your players.

If you wish to still pay via credit card, you will need to contact the registrar Mike Nesdoly to process this payment.

The fee structures are seen below.

Preschool/Timbits - $200/yr ($100 per payment per player)

U7 & U8 - $500/yr ($250 per payment per player)

U9 to U18 - $670/yr ($335 per payment per player)

Example 1 - 1 preschool and 1 U15 = $100 + $335 per payment.

Example 2 - 1 Preschool, 1 U8 and U11 = $100 + $250 + $ 335 per payment.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact David Hogan or Mike Nesdoly.

Thank you to your continued patience.

PMHA Board
