Town of Petrolia - New screening protocols
Submitted By Karis Sylvester on Friday, October 2, 2020
The Town of Petrolia has new COVID protocols in place at the Greenwood arena. The town’s new protocol is the completion of a screening form which will be provide by coaches or can be found in the FORMS section of the website.

The details which parents/players must provide are name, date, contact number and COVID related questions. These sheets will be handed in at the ticket booth as you enter the arena and act as the pass to access. PMHA has additional paper copies provide by the town which can be distributed as needed.

As well, PMHA has created a screening form which coaches (or assigned bench staff) will ask all parents/players before entering the arena. This will also be located on the website under the forms section. This screening will be required to occur prior to any time a player, staff or attendee enters the arena. The coach/designed bench staff will be responsible for screen their team and tracking the data. PMHA continues to look for new innovative ways to complete this process more efficiently.

We ask all parents and players to please answer all questions truthfully and if they develop any illness or symptoms to please stay home until such time they are feeling symptom free. All of the above details are directed by OHF, OMHA, and our Public Health Unit.

Thank you

PMHA
