2019-2020 PMHA Mandatory Concussion Testing Sign-up Invite
Submitted By Karis Sylvester on Tuesday, April 9, 2019
Hello Players and Parents,

Please be aware PMHA has set up five (5) open baseline concussion testing sessions for the 2019-2020 season. These will take place at the Archway Health and Sports Services – Petrolia location and are starting Tuesday April 16th, 2019.

Please click or copy the link https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60b0e4fafaa2eab9-20192020 for Sign Up Genius where you are able to sign up for a session. The baseline testing sessions are for all Atom age players and above. The baseline sessions are 20 mins in duration. Any bantam age players and above will also need to complete the computer portion to the concussion testing. This may be done on your own at a later date.

Make sure to read through all the information provided prior to signing up for a session. Please note that this year all players will be require to have completed the necessary testing prior to stepping on the ice for tryouts no exceptions. There is still the availability of private sessions at both the Petrolia and Sarnia Archway locations but I strongly recommend you try to sign up for one of the open sessions so you can get this completed sooner than later

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me. Thanks and see you next season.

Dan Wellington

Concussion Coordinator
