Atom Tricounty WIN Silverstick
The Petrolia atom TC Oilers bring home local league championship victory at international silver stick
with a 1-0 win in double overtime with a goal from Travis Wolfgram. Peyton Cudney blocked a penalty shot to defend his shut-out championship game. An extreme team effort and great parental support throughout the weekend kept the boys focused and strong in their efforts against strong competitors, Strathroy Jr Rockets.
Tonight the boys will be celebrated in a parade through Petrolia.
In June the international silver stick plaque will be placed in the hockey hall of fame declaring the Petrolia Oilers as the inaugural victors!
