Novice Tri-County Donate Gifts!
Submitted By cboyd on Monday, December 17, 2012
The Novice Tri-County Team donated Christmas gifts to the Children's Hospital in London Ontario. The boys on the team decided to do this instead of exchanging gifts amongst themselves at their Christmas party. The team travelled to London and donated the toys on Dec. 13, 2012 at the Children's Health Foundation. They listened to a talk given by the staff at the Foundation and were able to ask questions regarding where the presents would go. They were told that on Christmas morning their presents will be handed out to the children at the hospital that are unable to be at home for Christmas. Children's Hospital in London Ontario sees approximately 3700 children from Lambton County a year. WAY TO GO OILERS!!
